What is Pain? A short video clip

Pain has been mentioned throughout our marketing material and is a running theme in Justify.  What is pain? Pain is the unpleasant feeling common to such experiences as stubbing a toe, burning a finger, putting iodine on a cut.  Yet the value of pain is in its healing process.  We do anything in life to avoid it.  Yet there are things worse than pain, much more unbearable.  And that is the absence of pain.  If you see that your legs are trapped under a car in an accident, yet you don’t feel any pain, chances are you’ve lost your legs altogether.  Sometimes we inflict pain on ourselves or on somebody else so that it may act as a “place holder” or proxy to understand a traumatic event.  Check out the clip on pain.
